Desktop/Technical Support engineer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced / Desktop Support Technician, who can take the lead on providing technical support to our clients staff . You will use and maintain the helpdesk system to support users and help to develop new systems, processes and procedures to improve ICT service delivery. As a First Line/ Desktop/ Technical Support engineer our client is looking for individuals who understand excellent customer service to work in a client-focused environment dealing with clients from a variety of backgrounds. You will be passionate, motivated, welcoming and highly organised to ensure all requests and tasks are provided in a ‘one stop shop’ service. You will have excellent communication skills and work well under pressure with an excellent ability to collaborate with other departments and bring good organisational skills.
This is a one year fixed term contract which may extend or there may be perm opportunities
