Help Desk Analyst (1st / 2nd Line, Windows 7, Office 365, MS Exchange, AD Admin, etc) based in Budapest speaking excellent English and Hungarian! 

Key skills: 1st / 2nd Line, Windows 7, AD Administration (creating accounts, email addresses, etc), Exchange, MS Office 365, etc 

My Client is a highly dynamic and successful computer reseller and consultancy providing leading best of breed IT hardware, software, networking and peripheral products who are seeking an enthusiastic 1st / 2nd Line Support Service / Help Desk Engineer with 2 years experience. 

You will have excellent exposure to Windows, Active Directory, Password resets, Exchange, Office 365, resolving hardware problems, Printer issues, Remote Access software, call logging software as well as. 
• Office 365 support 
• Exchange support 
• AD/GPO management 
• Firewall management 
• Network troubleshooting (wired and wireless) 

You must have excellent communication skills and be polite / personable. Attention to detail is a must.
